This chrysanthemum is made with whole flowers. Traditionally people consumed chrysanthemum as a healing herb; it is known to be anti-inflammatory.

Different colored chrysanthemums are used for different conditions. White chrysanthemum's most common use is visual acuity; the flowers are often taken with other herbs to treat red, swollen eyes and blurred vision. White chrysanthemums are also sometimes used to treat dizziness. This is due to the high vitamin C content found within chrysanthemum. This caffeine-free tea also helps reduce anxiety and stress.
