HUANGSHAN MAOFENG (WILD) - 黄山毛峰(野生)

from 9.00

Category: Green

Origin: Anhui, China

Harvest: Spring 2018

Wild Maofeng grow naturally on Yellow Mountain. This means it contains no fertilizer or pesticides, it’s as organic as it gets. However, compared to a tea farm that receives regular maintenance, visually this tea is not as beautiful to look at as other Mao Fengs.

Old school tea drinkers prefer this tea to higher grades of Mao Feng, they believe this type of tea contains the most nutrition. Compared to other Maofengs, this wild tea packs a punch. If you find green teas tend to be too light for you, we recommend giving this a try.
